Mine will eventually go bad (builder grade) but I loved how they didn’t attempt to sell, only to do what is right. When this opener goes, which it eventually will, I’ll be calling Door Depot, as well as any other garage door needs. Door Depot LLCAfter receiving a very high quote for an opener and spring replacement I called Door Depot for a 2nd opinion. The tech and I talked about what was going on and he suggested an easy fix (just to try) before recommending the opener being replaced. He also said the spring had a couple more years left and that would not need to be replaced. His fix worked my equipment did not need replaced and is working fine. When the time does come for replacement, I’ll be calling these guys for sure!- John C.

He was very friendly and did a great job of answering questions without upselling or pressuring me to buy. We had the door installed the next week and the tech who came out here did a great job installing it and hauling away the old garage. The new door looks and operates great. Door Depot LLCFantastic! I'm a return customer to Door Depot. I called last week and spoke to Scott (the owner) regarding the need for a garage door system to be installed in our Pole Barn. He asked a few questions regarding the specs of our barn/garage and recommended a garage door system. The best part was he asked if we had time the following week to install! We were thrilled. Two workpersons showed up this morning promptly for the appt and completed the work with no issues. Additionally they took appropriate measures to abide by the Covid guidelines precautions. Overall just a great experience. So rare to find a company these days with customer focus-- Door Depot has it. Columbus Ohio Garage Door CoBest Experience I could ask for. I called on a Saturday afternoon at about 4pm. My call was answered on the first ring by a person (not a machine) and immediately set up repair for Monday afternoon. Serviceman arrived within service window, completed repair in 30 or so minutes. He took the time to oil my springs and hinges, test the features of the opener to be sure everything else was in working order and be sure I was happy with his service. All total he was here about 45 minutes. Everything socially distanced, wore a mask. I highly recommend.- Judith S.

Went great. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly with photos and provide transparent pricing and expectations before coming out. Showed up in less than 24 hours after first contact (probably could have been same day if I needed it but the following morning was fine), completed repair quickly and professionally. Easy electronic payment. Also was 33% cheaper than an estimate provided by another company for the exact same repair. Will call again if I have another garage door issue.
