Very well. The technician pointed out some issues with the lower panel of the door that we never noticed. As a result, this saved money on another repair. Looks like the door needs to be replaced, but that’s fine, at least we now know.

They assessed the door and explained my options. There was an issue with retro-fitting modern parts with an older door. The repairman, Brian, took the old parts and had them serviced so that they were functioning again. He repaired the door and made sure everything worked properly and in my opinion went above and beyond any expectations to make sure the work was done well.

The job was done faster than expected and he made a few extra adjustments besides oiling and inspecting. It was more than I expected but I needed it done soon.

Justin is very professional. He arrives on time and perform the necessary inspection with a quote to me. He completes the spring replacement quickly with high quality of work. Apex is the only company I can easily reach out and provides me a clear timeframe of the service on Father’s Day. I definitely will choose Apex again if I have garage door issue in the future.

The experience was pleasant from the initial call until the job was complete. I received an immediate email confirmation for the service call. A short time later I received a text alert to say the service tech was enroute.. Rob C arrived promptly and immediately replaced the springs so that I could get the car out which allowed the woman of the house to leave for work. He was so informative and efficient that I elected replace my opener with a new quiet one which had been on my to do list for quite a while. The total repair consisted of 2 springs, 1 opener with wifi, 1 remote, 1 wall button and sensing eyes all of which came at an amazing price after Apex applied every discount that was available. Now they have a customer who'll not only be getting lube, tune and safety inspections but will also eagerly refer the service to friends, family and neighbors.

Professional. Punctual. Excellent customer service. Quality product. Needed to replace an older door that had been damaged and rusted. Apex was prompt at providing free estimate of services that were comparable with competitor. They first attempted to find less expensive means of replacing just the damaged portion, but the parts were no longer available due to age of the existing garage door. So we decided to go ahead and replace with a new door. Service was prompt, professional and courteous. Really pleased with how responsive they were, the quality of work and the new garage door. Definitely would use Apex again!
