"Air Conditioning went out during 4th of July Heat wave 2012.  Called several companies on Agies list and based on nieghbor recomendations, Logan was the only company that responded promptly, most other companies were too busy to come out right away.  Logan came out and confirmed my suspician that my 17 year old air conditioner unit was broken and the estimate to repair would be only slightly less than a replacement (American Standard)...my research with Consumer reports and the internet gave me to expect that diagnosis based on the age of the unit, I was about three years past the average service life and still using the old refrigerent so it would be expensive and inefficient to repair, opted to replace both the AC and furnace.  We agreed o unit and pricing and scheduled the work, but this was a heat wave and like everyone else they were very busy so it would be about 5 days before they could do the work (4th of July holiday in the middle).  The salesman left me with a window air conditioner which at least kept the house partially liveable while we waited...I appreciated it.  The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day at 8 AM and very efficiently worked removing my American Standard unit and replacing with a Trane unit.  The good news is that Trane and American Standard are pretty much the same comapny so the furnace unit was slipped out from the ducting and the Trane unit fit very comfortably in the newly vacant area with minimum duct work altreration making the overall job go very quickly...the installers remarked that this had been one of their easiest installs in a while.  They were cleaned up, everything tested and working, the house rapidly cooling down by about 2PM.  Everything worked fine the house stayed cool for the rest of the summer and when the heating season started the heater worked fine.  The house has been warm and toasty this winter.  The big surprise and best reason I can recommend Logan was the phone call I got a couple weeks ago asking to come out and do a followup on the furnace...since installed in the Summer they can not really do a thorough furnace check out so they offered to come out and do a complete system check at no additional cost to me, they arrive promptly at our appointment time and check the entire system...I appreciate good service and companies that do no drop their customers as soon as they get paid when it comes to major services...I appreciate Logan AC & Heat Services.  I highly recommend if you need this type of Service...a side note, my nieghbor got a referral check from Logan when I told them he had recommended them as a result of their service a year earlier.

"I had a leak somewhere in my upstairs bathrooms or pipes that over time caused a hole in my living room ceiling and water was dripping from the hole.  Plumbing Installers came out, inspected the pipes, and immediately determined that one of the upstairs toilets was leaking.  They tried to fix the leaky toilet but found that it had a crack in it and had to be replaced.  The new toilet works fine, in fact I hadn't been using that toilet for years because it never flushed properly - the new one does and it's almost like I have a new bathroom to use!  While they were here I asked them to fix a leak in a bathroom faucet and adjust two other toilets that would keep running after flushing.
The plumbers arrived on time and were very professional.  They kept me updated on what they were doing and any problems encountered.  They disposed of the old toilet and any other trash from their job.  They left the work areas clean.
I would definitely use them again for any plumbing work.  I am also going to have them out to repair the hole in my ceiling.
