"We hired concrete solutions to replace our driveway. A gentleman named John, visited our home and he seemed very knowledgeable and professional and assured us that he has been in business for many years and that we could trust and that he would do a good job. We initially were only going to do only a portion of the driveway but he convinced us to do the entire driveway. He also said he would do a couple of panels and sidewalks to the side of the driveway near the garage. Although, there was nothing wrong with those panels. Upon completion of the project, the driveway looked very attractive and we were satisfied with the driveway. We experienced a problem when it rains, especially when it rains hard. When there was a hard rain, the washer in the driveway blown like a river into our garage. We have lived in our home since 1982 and we've never had this problem. When we contacted John, he immediately become defensive and started yelling and was very mean and acted like a bully. He insisted that we have a problem before he replaced the driveway. He also called our daughter a liar when she told him we never had the problem before. He told us that we now needed a new garage floor and he would give us a deal on the garage floor. And instead of charging $4500 for the garage doors, that we would only charge $4000. Bottomline is this, we did not have a problem with water from the driveway coming into our garage and now we have a sever problem. We have to place multiple blankets in our garage to stock up the water when it rains. We are in our 60s and we have never written a bad review for anything in our lives and never sued anyone. We are very disappointed in Concrete Pro's LLC / Solutions and believe that they have made a serious error that has caused us a tremendous amount of stress. We regret that we felt it necessary to write this review but want others to be aware that John of Concrete Pro's LLC/ Solutions maybe disingenuous. They can form their own opinion but our experience has been very upsetting. Thank you."

"From the initial consultation to the finished product, Job well done. The guys were a great team and worked extremely hard. I am so grateful for the thorough work and the questions to make sure that the job was done as we wanted. We appreciate Palmers so much and would definitely recommend to others. We had a problem with skunks getting in our yard, and the crew not only blocked entry way to the skunks, but made the back yard look great. They leveled and put in pavers in an area where it was sinking, the cleared all around our fencing, cleaned out growth my husband and I couldnâ t, and did a terrific job. "Kirk was great!! He listened to what my wife and I were saying and responded very well. We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. A neighbor hired him to work on her landscape after she saw his work. Kirk and Rob were great!!!"

"I hired Joseph to repair the stairs and the edges of my existing brick patio, and then to extend the patio about 10 feet out. First the good. The patio extension came out pretty well he did a decent job matching the bricks given the age of my existing ones, and it looks pretty solid. Unfortunately there’s a big dip between the existing and new patio. Joseph said that was because of the concrete base under the existing but I feel like he could have tapered it better. Anyway that’s not my problem. I asked him to repair my steps (two steps leading to the house ). They were in bad shape , and falling apart. Joseph offered the option to tear down the steps and rebuild for an addition $1500 or he could repair them. I chose to repair. I’ve attached pictures of the finished product. This is after his first employee did an even worse job. I didn’t expect perfect but not happy with this. Joseph is a nice guy and he tries hard but I think he’s just not very good at this. The first day he came by himself and didn’t have any equipment. He used my shovel and wheelbarrow to start the dig work. Not a big deal but just didn’t set up for a great experience. There’s an edge section of the patio that is still broken away. When I asked why he didn’t repair he said it wasn’t part of the contract. disappointing because I specifically said I wanted to fix all the loose parts. Again, Joseph could have offered to repair and provide me an updated estimate but he just opted to not address it. His fee was reasonable, but my advice is to pay a little more and get an actual mason."
