When I first contacted ODB, they referred me to Gayle, a landscape/hardscape architect, who helped me design the project. Gayle took into account my vision for using the space, budget, and considerations of the yard. And even recommended materials to use. After the plan was designed, David quickly quoted the project and we got started. The project went smoothly due to David and crew's constant and clear communication. And the workmanship of the crew was top notch and they were a pleasure to work with. About 6 months after the project was completed there was a small issue with some of the pavers. David and crew immediately responded and rectified the issue. Showing that the excellent customer service extended past the project end date. I wouldn't hesitate to use David and ODB again!"

"Great Friendly Service. Estimated to take a week or two to complete. Took a month to paint the exterior trim on my house. Mostly weather related. Be prepared if you are doing an exterior project for mother nature to get in the way! Only downfall to this project is that it took longer than expected, there are areas that were not finished i had to get them back out for. There are still some spots that are not covered. The project went over estimate. The deck sealing did not seem to do anything. I thought water would bubble up on the wood boards and they are still absorbing moisture. Waste of the extra money and I will just do it myself"

"Trino and his crew did an amazing job! They spent 4 days stripping and refinishing our two large mahogany front doors and they turned out beautifully. They carefully taped off the entire lower level and painted two coats to cover the existing darker paint color. The crew was prompt, tidy and professional. "Potter House was very responsive, calling back and providing an upfront no-BS time estimate for when work could actually begin (if we had decided to use them). Due to the busy nature of their schedule, they weren't expecting to be able to begin work for at least three weeks but, knowing the nature of our problem, were willing to come by and provide an estimate. When the gentleman I was dealing with came over to look at our problem he was, once again, upfront about how long it would be before Potter House would be able to begin work. He was also quite knowledgeable and honest about the different aspects of work and sub-contracting that would be required to get done what we needed. All-in-all, I was very appreciative of not being strung along nor having to do my own follow-up. Though we didn't end up using them (since we needed to get the work started before they were available), I would not hesitate to call them up again for future work.
