Best pool builders and installers near Euclid, OH

"Absolute 5 star customer satisfaction!!! I called CIMS about an urgent repair. Chris promptly returned my call. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and get me an appointment the same day. Matt showed up at the exact time of appointment. He troubleshot the problem down to the exact component of failure and completed the repair in less than an hour. Their prices are very fair and you can tell they genuinely care about their customer's needs. I would totally recommend CIMS to family and friends."

"Another local pool company recommend Nick and I’m so glad they did. He was so personable, knowledgeable and thorough! He will be my go to for all my pool needs moving forward! Thanks Nick!"

"Tammi and Earnest really saves this pool. They gave a real price making me feel that I was not being taken advantage of. There were supply chain delays but Tammi was there to keep us in the loop, telling what was going on. Earnest and his team worked hard! Even on the hottest days of June . For any Pool issue, I tell everyone to start here!"

"We had a new pool liner placed at the end of last season . At this time the pool looks amazing and we have had no issues!"

"Great service, techs were very nice and professional."

"It took a few days for them to get back to us, as they are super busy (but the other 20 companies I called either didn't call back at all, wouldn't come do it, or were booking weeks out). Colleen was sincerely apologetic for not being able to call back right away, and came out to get our pool into shape the next day. After a couple of visits of them working with what must be magic, our pool looks FANTASTIC!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"Antwaine is very reliable and knowledgeable on pool services."
