I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

Less than an hour to snake a grease buildup of 6-8 feet to the main sewer. I would not recommend this company.,....for the work and dollar value. They charge a standard rate...even if it takes 5 or 15 minutes to fix....money in there pockets. For low income homes...don't go there! I think roto rooter would be alot cheaper or something else!"
