"Scheduling of our project got off a little slow due to a variety of factors, however, Mr. Britton kept us duly informed. As to the job itself, we were VERY pleased. It should also be noted that we had unused sheets of pan to be returned. Don voluntarily returned those for us as we have no truck. This was in no way part of mour contract. "As we had used Bruce and his team for our large remodeling project in 2007, and periodically since that time for smaller projects, we selected him for our guest bath contractor.&nbsp; As always, he responded promptly to our initial phone call and met with us several times to finalize details.&nbsp; We asked Bruce to do the bath while we were out of town for an extended period,&nbsp;and we knew Mitch and Steve could be totally trusted in our home.&nbsp; <br /> When we returned from our trip, we found that unfortunately the&nbsp;configuration of the vanity cabinets&nbsp;necessitated placing the sinks too far to the left and right of the center of the countertop.&nbsp; This resulted in the mirrors and lighting fixtures being off-center.&nbsp; When we called Bruce about this issue, he&nbsp;came to the house, discussed our concerns and immediately stated that he would install a new vanity and countertop at no cost to us.&nbsp; As soon as the new vanity came from the cabinet company, and we had selected another granite slab, Steve and Mitch returned to the house and redid the entire area.&nbsp; There was absolutely no hesitation on Bruce's part - he said he would fix the problem and he did.&nbsp; We are so impressed with his professionalism and integrity.&nbsp;Once again, Mitch and Steve delivered a finished product that is absolutely beautiful.&nbsp; We highly recommend Tubaugh Remodeling. <br /> <br /> <br />show more
