They burned my lawn with chemicals. I can?t get anyone to respond back.

Quality of the lawn treatments was fine and they came as scheduled. However, the worker left our gate open twice and our dogs later got out as I didn’t realize they had left it open. I called after the first time and asked that they be more careful. After the second time, I canceled my service.

Never showed up - 4x!!!

I am not sure of the exact cost, I paid it ahead. I paid the year. I also used their shrub around the house service for pest control, and some tree service.

Our lawn remains green all through the season... and most of the year.

Great at first. Then service started to really fall off. I got rid of them after one of there guys showed up for pest and don't think he knew I was home. Because he was here a total of 5 minutes and just ran through back yard. That was dispute, wanted to charge $90 . I told manager but didn't believe me. I never paid it. My mother has had just the same experience with them some 4or 5 years later.

I asked them to wait two weeks for the initial application.  They came out in two days and did my lawn.  They promised a full lawn evaluation, analysis, etc.  Instead, the guy zipped over the lawn with his riding fertilizer, spraying out the side quickly as he went.  Seems like a decent price if you need fertilization etc, but definitely not a tailored experience.

They are a pretty large company.  I regularly schedule services with them. I don't feel like their chemicals are doing enough to kill off the weeds in the lawn. They were very pleasant and tried to resolve the issue but it just didn't get resolved. Maybe they can give a partial refund of services.

I have been happy with them because my yard had been neglected for a long time. Punctuality has never been an issue but they don't tell you when they're coming. There is not so much contact with the workers that come by.

It was okay the first few years and they started bringing new people around. They weren't doing our full lawn like the previous years. I videotaped it and they weren't doing our whole lawn but they were charging us for the whole lawn. The guy even tried to argue with me that did our lawn saying, 'I did your lawn'. I said 'No, you didn't because I have it on video tape'.  They just sprayed for root weeds,  weed control, grass control and to make our grass greener. They were originally doing that then they just stopped  doing the backyard. They would only do the front yard but bill us for the full amount. They did so well for so many years. They always gave us Deals so the price was good.

My dad use to work for them many years ago so that is why I use them. They do what they have to do and leave a door tag for me and I never talk to them. Good quality and on time. Excellent customer service.

I have been using the company for 3 years. They do what they say they will. They make sure to inform they will be coming out. I have not dealt with the staff too much. They come out as needed and according to their schedule. We do not have to be home while they do the service. The yard looks good.

This is the first time we have used their services. We had hoped to get better control of the crabgrass. Their treatment was supposed to get more control over it, but we didn't notice any difference in that area. Their treatment was fine for everything else.

It is a good experience. We have a contract with them. Their prices are pretty competitive. They come whenever they do. They don't give a time.
