"In preparation to sell my mother's home located in Phillipsburg, Ohio, I contacted Stickler Home Improvement of Union, Ohio, located near Phillipsburg.   I needed to sell the home as soon as possible as my mother is now living in a skilled care facility.   Jeff Stickler of Stickler Home Improvement was very easy to work with. He was considerate, well spoken and very accommodative.   The entire house was remodeled and updated inside and out. "I purchased this as a Big Deal on the Angle's List site. The toughest part of the job was that I had a malfunctioning bathroom fan that needed to be replaced. We found that the way the fan had been mounted, there was no way to replace it with a new fan. So he took the back with him to Dayton and found someone who could repair it. Then, he came back, put the fan back in, and cleaned the gutters and cut up and disposed of big tree limbs. It was such a relief to get the fan fixed!
