Steve is a real pro. He did the job well and left the home as clean and tidy as he found it. The quality of the work was top notch - better than expected.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job installing the panel and other electrical outlets. Cleaned up after himself as well.

Mr. Schreier came out the first time and did some work for us through our home warranty company. He repaired a light switch and checked two rooms for improper fixture installation which he quickly repaired. While he was working I asked for an estimate on installing some additional electrical outlets in the basement and installing ceiling fans. We called him a few days later to install the additional outlets. He came out on a Saturday and worked quickly and was very professional. He was fairly priced and very honest. We will probably call him again to install ceiling fans.

First was referred to Mr. Schreier through First American Home Warranty in March for a similar problem. Requested him again in July when another contractor was unable to diagnose it. He was wonderful, very professional, and quickly found the problem and and fixed it.

had no power to  any of the outlets in living room,except for one wall,.the breaker kept tripping off.steve the owner traced it to the outlet outside on the front of the house.replaced  with new one.and sealed with silicone, all of a sudden i had power to all my outlets. this guy is magical! steve is very professional and gets right to the job. I've used him before for ceiling fan installs and was very satisfied with that also.i think he really enjoys my constant questions,haha

I followed up with Schreier on Monday with the number provided by AHS around 9 and left a voicemail. Steve, the technician called me by noon to schedule a time with me. It so happened that we were both able to meet the same afternoon. We agreed on a timeframe of 2-4 and he called me half an hour before he arrived to give me time to leave work and meet him.

He was prompt and efficient. I won't say he was sunshine and smiles, but he was professional, asked a lot of questions to help determine the problem, and set to work. He was not able to re-create the problem I was having, but he adjusted just about everything he could adjust and lubed all moving parts.

He explained he couldn't and quot;repairand quot; anything since he could not get a fail but he told me to call him directly if I encountered the problem again. I have had no issues since.

All went fine. He arrived between the hours he had let me know that he could be here. He went to work right away .....looked at each switch and talked to my husband and I about what was causing the problem and how to alleviate the problem
We had two lights in the master bath that were giving us problems. He took apart the fan and light to find out that it had been installed wrong and with a few minutes of separating the wires and connecting them correctly the light and fan were on two separated switches. We also had a switch that we had no idea what it connected to. Turns out it was dead and had no use.
Steve arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was very professional.

Very professional and responsible. He helped us get permit in 2 days, which made us very pleased and impressed about their efficient service. Will call next time.
