"I am very pleased with the service i received! I bought a deal off Angie's List and they called the next day to arrange a housecleaning for the very next day! So 2 days from purchase to having a Very clean house. They were very professional and emailed me to let me know they were running about a half hour late. Arrived promptly after that and got straight to work cleaning the house from top to bottom, after discussing a bit some areas i wanted to have more attention. We have four children and homeschool so a lot of people are home a Lot of the time = the house gets messy Fast. They easily worked around us and we were all pleased with the results. "Fantastic! Owner Mark Decker came over to give me a price, which was broken down for each separate aspect of the work. Cost of paint was included. Ceilings were all at least 9' and higher in great room. We scheduled a time for the work and the painters, Ryan and Sean, were right on time. They were fast, neat, meticulous, professional in demeanor, courteous, pleasant, and their workmanship was great. Price was fair as well. The difference it made in appearance of space was worth every penny! I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Everything was ugly depressing brown and walls needed lots spackling, and lots of sanding of poorly spackled spots. First photo shows some of the repair work and original brown. "Although we live in the same town, we did not know this contractor, we used Angie's List as a resource and reviewed references. From start to finish, we could not have been more happier.  Gary responded quickly when we inquired about an estimate.  We furnished the wood for the ceiling which was actually, pre-finished flooring.  Gary picked up the oak wood for the beams and built the beams on site.  Although I do not know the size of the beams, they definitely are quite large.  We are still amazed as the entire project took less than 10 days given Gary and a partner did the work.   The worksite was cleaned up every day. At the end of the project, Gary furnished a copy of the lumber yard bill for the oak and even took the excess back so the bill could be adjusted.  We appreciated this very much.   







The finished product is absolutely beautiful and well done.  We will not hesitate to call G Brand for future carpentry work and basically, after seeing his work and work ethic, plan on calling him for a bathroom remodel planned in the future.  It is nice to know there are honest hard-working people out there who really wants to do a good job and G Brand is one of them!
