"Albert did an excellent job repairing our ceiling which had water damage from leak in our air conditioning. He arrived 2 days to complete the plaster job . We are pleased with ceiling which had a pattern. Can't tell any difference in the pattern that he repaired. Would recommend Albert for any plastering or drywall job."

"I had water damage from a leak in my roof and it ended up damaging part of my bathroom ceiling. My parents have used Speedy Patch for a similar drywall repair and they recommended them for us. While it took several tries to have an estimate done due to rescheduling by Speedy Patch the estimate seemed like a good price and I set up the repair for a week and a half later. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the date of the repair, but they were able to come out the next day. I think he did a wonderful job repairing the ceiling. It blends very well with the popcorn ceiling and you can't really tell that we had work done. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend them."

So 2 days from purchase to having a Very clean house. They were very professional and emailed me to let me know they were running about a half hour late. There were folks doing wall repair, painting around ceiling fixtures, and then painting ceilings and walls. At one point there were five people from Mike's team in my house painting. "Although we live in the same town, we did not know this contractor, we used Angie's List as a resource and reviewed references. From start to finish, we could not have been more happier.  Gary responded quickly when we inquired about an estimate.  We furnished the wood for the ceiling which was actually, pre-finished flooring.  Gary picked up the oak wood for the beams and built the beams on site.  Although I do not know the size of the beams, they definitely are quite large.  We are still amazed as the entire project took less than 10 days given Gary and a partner did the work.   The worksite was cleaned up every day. At the end of the project, Gary furnished a copy of the lumber yard bill for the oak and even took the excess back so the bill could be adjusted.  We appreciated this very much.   







The finished product is absolutely beautiful and well done.  We will not hesitate to call G Brand for future carpentry work and basically, after seeing his work and work ethic, plan on calling him for a bathroom remodel planned in the future.  It is nice to know there are honest hard-working people out there who really wants to do a good job and G Brand is one of them!

"Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"
