"I am completely satisfied with Becks. Every encounter from initial txt msg through phone call, scheduling, meeting the technicians, and their work in assessing and completing the repair was exemplary. My job was done in a timely manner which was a relief as another company quoted me a 4 day delay. My water was off at the main so I really didn't want to wait that long. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and answered my questions. They left no mess behind. I have some future upgrades in the planning stage and will definitely consult with them at that time due to the experience I had today. So, in short, my water is back on. My leak is gone. The technicians were wonderful. I recommend Becks without reservation"

"I woke up yesterday to find I had no hot water. As soon as I logged on to HomeAdvisor to look for a plumber to replace my old water heater Andrew Hornbeck of Hornbeck Plumbing and Heating called me immediately. He came to my house that afternoon, gave me an estimate, and my water heater was replaced by 6:00 pm the same day. How's that for prompt service in an emergency situation! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and nothing but professional. He and his employee did an impeccable job of cleaning up and they even unclogged a drain for me which was not part of the job.
