"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They took my 1st half deposit and then vanished. I have called multiple times. Spoke with someone once and they promised a call back. Never did. Emailed and no response. "Service was fine. My house was washed. A year and a half later charged $200 because I didn't do more business with them. Had a tech out too as they continuously called me to schedule service making me believe had purchased an annual power wash. Guy came out said it was just a sales call so I sent him away. If I'd been informed while he was here that it I didn't act before a certain date I would be charged I would've been able to make a more educated decision."

"This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

"I can't say enough good things about this company. Michael quoted me an estimate, we set date for work, he was there on time, had the job done that day and he never quit until the job was finished. He has all the proper tools needed and he knows how to use them. My home needed electric improvements. He removed the old light in the kitchen and installed a new led light and installed a completely new ceiling light in my pantry. He then put in a new electrical outlet and switch for that room. Also changed old outlet in laundry room and put in proper new outlet/switch. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to help me out. He even replaced my recessed light bulbs that had quit working. Would definitely recommend this company. If you call them, they call you back, you set your appointment date, they are there right on time and when the job is finished, they clean up after themselves. I know I will be using them again in the near future."
