"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "Shawhan Chimney Company cleaned and inspected our wood burning fireplace. Kalym did an extremely thorough cleaning of the fireplace while protecting carpet and furnishings from ash. His service included a rooftop inspection of our fireplace chimney. After inspecting both chimneys (fireplace and furnace) and taking many photos, he showed us some deterioration but noted it was not an emergency to repair. However, we decided we wanted we wanted him to repair and replace some deteriorating bricks. It’s great that our chimney sweep is also a mason! Kalyn’s work is impeccable and the photos below show it!"

"The owner of the company is very professional and honest. He responds quickly to all and any inquiries and does a very thorough job inspecting the project and providing a quote for the job. I hired him to run a gas line from the basement into my kitchen. I decided to replace the existing electric stove with a new gas stove. The workers came on time, did their job extremely well and cleaned after themselves. We had to disconnect the outside gas line while working on the project. In doing so the heater in my boiler went out. I called the owner of the company to ask for advice how to re-light it. He guided me through it and called back later on to make sure that everything was in a working condition. He also looked at my natural wood burning chimney and gave me advice how to fix little odds and ends without hiring any company. I applaud this man for his hard word and dedication as well as for his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend the Chimney Guy, LLC to anyone who is in need of such services. The job will be done professionally and in a timely manner. Kudos to the owner and his helper!"

"Everything went great -- initial consultation, installation, account set-up and ongoing monitoring. The alarm went off twice in the past year. The first time, my dog set it off because I had a motion-detection monitor in a place that wasn't high enough. I was in a meeting at work and didn't receive the call from the monitoring entity, so the police were notified and came to my home and inspect (everything was fine). The second time, I accidentally triggered the alarm myself while at home. The monitoring service called me, I provided the passcode to prove it was me and everything was alright, and the police were not notified. So this basically works just like any costly alarm service -- with the same level of quality, professionalism and customer service -- but is far less expensive. I paid about $100 for the equipment and the monthly monitoring fee for the plan I selected is $42.99, which includes remote access to activate and deactivate the system (through an app available for Apple and Droid devices). I couldn't be happier with FrontPoint.
