We had White Glove do siding on 2 different homes, about 8 years apart. They did a great job both times. John is great to work with and Dave did an amazing job in the siding. We get complements on the siding and the color all the time. They have a lot of colors to choose from. We always enjoy working with John. Super happy with the results.

I contacted John at White Glove Exteriors around the beginning of May 2022, He sent a guy out to look at the damage. The guy came out, looked at the damage and said he would come back the next week to do the repair and he never showed up. I called White Glove Exteriors several times and left messages, no return calls. The owner John comes across as knowledgable and friendly but does not keep his word obviously. They removed all of the old roofing materials, sheathing, shingles and everything down to the rafters. They installed all new sheathing, shingles ,etc. Everything. This is a completely new roof.The contract we have states the there is a 10 year workmanship warranty on this roof that John Ernst wrote is his own hand writing. It’s just words.The ceiling in the upstairs bathroom is severely damaged and a third party roofing company came out and went up to the roof and said that the flashing on the chimney needs to be replaced and is probably what caused the roof leak.

White Glove did an amazing job for us on our siding and roof replacement! We had a tree fall on our house from a wind storm and White Glove was recommended to us by a family member and boy were they right!! John guided me through the insurance claim and made sure we were taken care of. Both the siding and roofing crew were great to work with. They did everything they said they would, there was constant communication, they were punctual, answered any questions I had, and did a great job of cleaning up. Our house went from having dull and faded aluminum siding to a brand new house! We will forever be grateful for the work that was done by White Glove.

From beginning to end, the whole process was done professionally and even with adverse weather, done on a timely basis. The crew was fantastic. All of my questions/concerns were answered to my full satisfaction. Great care was taken with the installation and there was genuine concern for my property as far as landscaping and daily cleanup. Everything was beyond my expectation. My only regret, is that we waited so long to have this done. The house looks fantastic. Neighbors and friends have complimented us on how great the house looks. Great crew and wonderful job overall. They showed up as scheduled, did the job quickly and we’ll, cleaned up daily unlike some contractors we’ve had. Best of all - it was quality job, on time and on budget. I would use again and would highly recommend to others.

We hired White Glove Exteriors to replace the aluminum siding on our house with vinyl siding, to replace our shutters, and to make some minor repairs to the vinyl trim on our garage. John, the owner, was very easy to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. He listened carefully to what we wanted and readily understood what was needed. He has some nifty applications which mapped our house's exterior and calculated what materials were needed, and he shared the output with us. I didn't understand most of it (that's why I hired a pro like John), but it was clear that the details were available to check and evaluate if I cared to. He ordered the materials and shared the invoice from the supplier with us, and I could see that the cost we were paying for the materials was the true materials cost without any markups. The shutters were handled separately, near the end of the job, probably because they were easy and were expected to take longer to get in stock (although they were actually ready in just a few days.) John initially suggested that I order them myself with the measurements the installer would provide, but he readily placed the order for me instead when I requested it. Again, he shared the materials invoice with me, and this time I paid the supplier directly. The job was a bit tricky because we have a deck attached to the back of the house, and we have a stone brick facade on the front of the house. There is also an aluminum awning with non-removable gutters that is attached to the facade and attached to support posts on our cement porch, and that awning/gutter assembly can't be moved or modified without substantial effort. But I really wanted the facade to be covered in siding, to match the rest of the house. John said it could be done, and I believed him, but I was worried about how well the awning would be integrated with the siding. But fortunately, the installer, Dave, is a wizard. Dave worked tirelessly and with tremendous attention to detail. Working around the attached deck was no challenge for him whatsoever. And the awning, which worried me, is so beautifully encased by the new siding that it looks like it was designed that way from the very beginning. I wouldn't have believed it was possible if I hadn't seen it being done. In addition to his tremendous craftsmanship, even through severe weather, Dave was extremely conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day, which we appreciated. He was friendly and considerate, and he and John both seemed genuinely concerned that we be comfortable and happy during the installation process as well as with the results. The results are magnificent, and we couldn't be happier. John was completely transparent about what was going on throughout the process. Dave is an artist. And the cost was about half of other estimates we received . Anyone who is considering getting siding, or anything else that White Glove Exteriors handles, should definitely get a quote from them. The people are experienced, friendly, and tremendously capable, and they delivered beautiful results at a great price for us. Thank you, John and Dave! I hope we can work with you again!

Everything was top notch from estimate to job completion! All communication was prompt, professional with fine attention to detail. The crew was courteous, disciplined and performed like a well-oiled machine. This was actually our second house (first was a vacation home) that was fully Hardie sided by this crew and company and we highly recommend them to anyone interested in finding a high quality job experience such as ours has been!!

James Hardie siding was our choice to entirely reside our 30 year old vinyl home, White Glove Exteriors was our choice. They had much experience in siding, and their field manager had worked directly for James Hardie for years. Proper installation of this type of siding is of primary importance for longevity so a knowledgeable contractor was critical. We were comfortable with their experience and interest in our project. Their computer-generated rendition of our house showing the colors we were considering helped us to decide. They painted sample boards so that we could see the colors and know we were making the right choice. Some additional items were added to the scope of work to further update the house and correct the original builder’s mistakes - White Glove had good ideas for the work and everything came together perfectly. Work started and finished on time. The install crew was easy to deal with; timely, careful around our landscaping, and cleaned up every day. Could not have asked for more. The field manager and owner were here regularly to check on work and head off any issues. We will use White Glove on our next project to reside another building on our property.

I normally don't write reviews but John Ernst has gone above and beyond my expectations. I just have to say, thank you very much!! You see, I was really in a bind because someone I knew had ATTEMPTED to start siding my house, practically ALL summer. It was embarrassingly PINK with fanfold when I called John, his crew was scheduled in advance, so it didn't look like I was going to get this done anytime soon, but AMAZINGLY he came through for me?!! Instead of blowing me off, he found Dave Joneses crew, and they did a FANTASTIC job!! They were dependable, courteous, and finished to schedule. I cannot thank you all enough. I am a very HAPPY customer and would hire you again.

In May 2021, White Glove Exteriors replaced the roof on our home and did an excellent job. Due to the extremely positive experience my wife and I had with our roof replacement, we again contacted John Ernst, the owner, to provide us with an estimate to install new vinyl siding, gutters (with leaf guard) and downspouts on our house. As with our roof replacement, he worked closely with us and answered all of our questions. He was very easy to work with and was exceptional at returning phone calls and text messages. Upon request, he provided several references in our area for us to contact regarding similar type of work. His pricing was totally transparent as he provided all costs up front which included a material list, labor, dumpster fee and his profit margin of net 20%. His installer for our project, David, did an outstanding job and was very meticulous in all aspects of his installation. His workmanship is second to none and he made sure his work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. David, like John, was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. After the installation was completed, Mr. Ernst followed up by phone as well as a personal visit to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their siding or roof.

We contacted James Hardie Building Products to get a quote on their siding for our home in northeast Ohio. They sent us a list of their certified installers for Geauga County area. Several qualified contractors came by to give us a quote on a whole house renovation. We chose John Ernst at White Glove Exteriors to do our project. John and his team did a great job! I investigated a number of siding companies before selecting White Glove Exteriors (WGE). I selected WGE based on reviews, price and my interactions with the owner John Ernst. Mr. Ernst was professional, fair, very knowledgeable and came across as trustworthy. My intuition was correct. The job turned out better than I could have hoped for especially given that I have a home built in 1966. I wish I could attach pictures to show just how well it came out. In addition, Mr. Ernst and his siding guy were incredible throughout the process, easy to work with, fair and flexible. I have already recommended WGE to my brother and a friend. Working with John was a wonderful experience. He was great from beginning to end. He was professional and timely. He was through and precise with his quote. His crew was respectful and did a marvelous job. I haven’t found anything left behind in my yard. Being a new homeowner I was worried about hiring the wrong company. Prior to starting, the bushes and shrubs surrounding the house were covered with tarps which caught most of the debris from the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new one. When they were finished, the tarps were picked up and the surrounding area of the house was inspected several times to check for any remaining debris. After the new roof was completed, Mr. Ernst followed up by phone as well as a personal visit to make sure we were completely satisfied. Due to our positive experience with the new roof, we’ve scheduled White Glove Exteriors to replace the siding on our home as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their roof.

My husband and I are very pleased with the work this company did. They did an amazing job replacing our roof for a very reasonable price. The owner, John, was in constant touch throughout the process and was readily available anytime I had a question or issue. They were recommended to us by a friend and we would not hesitate to do the same to anyone looking for a roof replacement. They were able to schedule the work within a time frame that worked best for us and the whole job took less than a week. We are very happy with our new roof!

I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was to work with John and Dave. John set the expectation upfront about the timeframe it would take to get everything done and kept me updated throughout. He was very kind and did not rake us through the coals like some of these other companies did as far as the price goes. He was very, very fair on his price, and did not hide any costs. He told us how much it would be, and stood by it. We initially were just going to get siding, but as it was getting done, I noticed the gutters were pretty much done. The price he gave us to put new gutters on could not be beat, and they even redirected my one downspout for me due to it's less than optimal location. Dave (who does the siding and gutters) did an amazing job like John said he would, and was very pleasant to talk to. All and all I would not hesitate one bit to recommend them to anyone. We had our roof replaced plus had our wood siding and trim removed and replaced with all James Hardie products (siding, trim, and soffits). The work quality was impeccable. The crews were professional, detailed, and respectful. We had great communication with John and his crews. John obviously takes pride in his work and provides crews that do the same. John exceeded our expectations not only in the work we contracted with him, but by helping us find products and a contractor that were not even part of his project. This was our first experience with White Glove Exteriors, and I definitely would recommend them to others! It was a pleasure dealing with John, and his crew is courteous and does a great job. After the job was completed, I had a small issue with something, and John had his crew come back the very same day to fix it!!! I found John to be honest, and he stood behind his work! Incredible from the very beginning. With his great ideas and terrific sense of humor, John Ernst made this project comfortable for us from the start. We also liked that he was straightforward and honest. We had no doubts our house was in good hands. He showed up regurarly to check the progress and answer any questions or concerns we had and....he brought food several times ! With all that's going on these days, I cannot express how grateful we were. What contractor does that ?? Dave did all the siding work and this guy is awesome ! He is a hard worker and to say he does a fantastic job would be an understatement...Dave does incredible work. He will stop what he's doing and talk with you, even visiting with our big dog every morning. Make sure you've had your coffee before Dave arrives, he is quick witted and funny. Dave, you brought a 30 year dream to fruition and we couldn't be happier or more proud of you for all of your hard work and your commitment to see our dream come true. Still happy with our siding two years later.... It all began with a friendly meeting with John. John went above and beyond to explain every detail of the job and answered all of our questions. After getting multiple quotes, looking for a balance of a fair price and a reputable company, I was happy to not have to sacrifice on either. Not only does White Glove Exteriors have great reviews they were also the lowest price. John gave us an estimated start date and Dave started the job right on schedule. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Dave, such a nice guy. He did a fanatic job putting up our siding. He answered all our questions and explained how things were going along the way. He kept the yard clean as he worked and at the end of each day. I couldn’t have been happier. White Glove Exteriors also put up new gutters and downspouts for us. We had a small problem with those at first (nothing major just needed an angle adjustment). John personally came out to oversee the crew, that the problem was corrected and the water was flowing as it should. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors about how nice our house looks now. We are planning to have our roof done soon and White Glove Exteriors is the first company on our list of places to call for an estimate.

I can't say enough good things about White Glove. I needed some repair work done on my siding I had gotten 4 estimates from some larger companies. I just was not comfortable with their presentation and prices. So I decided to try 1 more time on some new quotes. Boy am I glad I did. John from White Glove returned my request with in 24 hrs on a sat. Was out at my house on mon. am. When he gave me the quote I Was in awe he was 40% less than the average 4 previous quotes. John sat down with me and explained all the costs to my satisfaction. I was so impressed I decided to do my whole home. John heled me with colors style and also arranged to have door installers to be there at the same time. When it came time for the instal I met Dave. WOW the man took his time went over everything twice to insure it was done properly an to my satisfaction. The workmanship on the final project exceeded all my expectations.
