I think it was $225 but if you had the work done then it was all inclusive that is if he took floor samples and all that. He has a light that he can walk around and look and see whether or not you have mold and having found them then it was all just part of that we decided the duct needed to be cleaned.

They do mole remediation and that sort of things. I did not have molds but we decided that after because of the age of the house and because of the disrupting dust and everything they did a great job of taking it all out that it was best to sanitize the house. They come and they look at the house and they make sure if you have mold then they treat for the mold.

I thought they did a very good job. They were very thorough and they did a good job of cleaning and they were pretty neat and tidy. I would recommend them. I used to wake up with a scratchy throat and I have not had that since they cleaned the duct work. It was absolutely worth it for me.

He said he was going to charge $99.00 for inspection and $25.00 for traveling from Akron. All that was done to inspect for mold was, he stuck a knife between the wall and wallpaper and took a scraping. I chose not to have the work done by them and asked for my money back. He said I could not have my money as that is "how he makes his money". I don't feel that this was right or fair. Also, he left a lot of cards explaining "what mold can do to you". I was not given a receipt for the money that I paid him. I was told that they could do the job and remove the mold, but I would have to find another contractor to put things back together.
