"Greg Osborne and his staff were very friendly and helpful when I was initially looking for flooring. The actual work was completed in two days. Joe & Nick worked together the first day, then Joe finished up the second day on his own. They were friendly and professional and answered all my questions. The floor looks great. There were a couple of small areas that needed fixing, so I called the next week. Joe came out the week after and took care of the problem. After the original installation, both men swept the floor thoroughly before leaving, but I later found nails, staples and sharp pieces of wood on the inside of every doorway in the hall. I had to clean that up and wasn't pleased. I mentioned this to Joe, and he apologized and said that it was unusual for that to happen and would mention it to Nick for future reference. The company also changed appointment times more than once, but otherwise, no problems."

"Mr. Moyer is truly a professional and did such a great job repairing the damage.    During the process, I had one area that required drywall over an area that was to cover the pipes coming from the upstairs sink.    He noticed a drop of water on the drywall and I had to have plumber come out to repair the water leak under the sink.    It was such a subtle leak, but definitely needed repair prior to completing the job which could have caused more damage down the road if not detected.    He did an excellent clean up job as well once he completed the work."
