The owner was respectful and promptly had two men at my house within a couple of hours. Trysten and Ben did an outstanding job removing damaged property and removing the water from my basement. They were friendly, very thorough cleaning, setting up drying protocols and, when they returned 3 days later, carefully inspected all areas for dampness and documenting their work. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."
