I can say that they were terrific , they did an excellent job. They were wonderful and pleasant Over and above, whatever they do, they were always great.

It went fantastic! They were very accurate with the timeframe in which to get the job completed (4-6 weeks). The whole crew did an outstanding job. I would definitely hire them again. They put in a bedroom, bathroom and a living area and a closet and had glass block basement windows installed.

Overall, things went very well.? As with any construction project this size, there were minor problems but Carl addressed them immediately and made things right.?These problems were with one of?Carl's sub contractors and?Carl was?more than helpful in getting the situations resolved up front as long as we?called and told him about it.?There were some?management changes during our project leading to some confusion and communication problems but in the end Carl's #1 concern was making sure we were happy with our project.? With the exception of one sub contractor, all the rest that Carl sent out were professional and kind.? And at some point the one sub I was having issues with was escorted to my property by Carl's team.? Carl was the lead framer on my project and to me that was?a major?selling point.? He is the owner and a worker.? His professionalism and knowledge topped with his experience made for an easy confident decision to hire this GC. As far as price, The price quoted was the exact price I paid with the exception of the cost of putting a new roof on my existing house while they did the roof on the addition.? That roof was not part of the original quote and I fully expected that to be additional cost.? There were no surprises.? Since the project has been complete, they have contacted me a few times to be sure the addition was properly staying warm and that we weren't having any issues.? The integrity of this company is still clearly seen.? I even have a water issue that wasn't exposed until now and I thought maybe due to the addition.? Carl sent his guy out immediately to figure out exactly what the problem was and how they could help me get it corrected even though it was no fault of theirs.? I am considering another addition and I will be hiring Carl Alexander again. They are honest and trustworthy General Contractors and they did?a great job managing such a large project.?

Went great.  He responded to the call and came out on very short notice and he did everything he said he would.  He was very professional and he and his worker completed the job beautifully.

Went well once we could get on their schedule. Very nice to work with. The carpenter did a great job.

He was great. Any problems we had, he came back. I would recommend him. He was really upfront and honest. He was also very respectful with property. He was very professional but also easy to get along with.

We were VERY HAPPY with our experience. After hearing so many horror stories about construction and previously living through the nightmare (as a child with my parents), my husband and I have always done work ourselves. While that does save money and ensures a project is completed to our standards, unfortunately our current schedule would not allow us to tackle a project of this size. Having more knowledge than most, we had many more questions and requests than the normal client may have. Carl was always patient with us and very accommodating. His staff was EXCELLENT! When we did encounter a couple of very minor miscommunications (to be expected with any construction), they immediately made the adjustments upon request.
This was phase one of our construction (as well as our and quot;tester projectand quot;) and we are anxious to start phase two as soon as we are able. I can say without question, we will definitely want Alexander Construction back. We appreciate their QUALITY WORKMANSHIP and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We are especially thankful they communicated their schedule and stuck to it. We were not tracking them down to do work or wondering when they would show up. When Carl was not at the job site, Tim did a SUPERB JOB of making sure the project ran smoothly and timely. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very professional at all times. We were comfortable with the staff around all our family including our children and my mother in law. We had multiple contractors out to bid this job as well as our future project and we found a couple that were very high and a couple very low and incomplete. We had one that didn't provide an estimate or even a call back to decline the job and another we had to chase for a bid. Alexander Construction ranked with the higher end but Carl's knowledge, patience with our requests, and professionalism helped to seal our decision. We have not been disappointed and am confident this is their standard operating procedures. They have just finished and we are now moving in furniture and can't wait to enjoy our new space. I almost hate to post this review as we want them available to complete our next project in late spring or early summer.

What a?beautiful?job they have done. ?We started out just wanting to add a family room but it seemed to grow from there. ?Mr. Alexander was very informative and all of his sub contractors and personnel were VERY professional and answered any questions we had. They worked with us on every detail. ?I would?DEFINITELY?recommend?them for any construction/remodeling job. ?We are not quite done yet but their workmanship has been exceptional to date.

Alexander Construction did a great job semi- enclosing my mothers front porch. The house looks totally different. They also changed the garage door. They used the extra bricks she already had to build two posts, then added white railing around the porch. Very nice and she was VERY happy!

All the work was done in a very timely fashion and Carl Alexander was great to work with. He was upfront, prompt and professional and his employees were as well. The only thing that seemed out of place was a $1200 (allowance) charge for materials. I'm still confused by this because I bought the hardwood flooring, backsplash tile, sink etc. on my own.

All the subcontractors used from the excavator, heating and cooling, the gentleman who installed the fireplace and Carl Alexander's construction crew where prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent workers.

Call this company because of good reviews.They called back a day or two later and said he'd look into the material and get back to me and I never heard from him again. Not really untypical but I do get tired of it.
