My house is 85yrs old and in excellent condition.when removing my registers that are original to the house, walls were damaged and some woodwork splintered. Now none of the hot air registers removed will open so obviously my house has no circulating heat. My ducts were previously cleaned by a large vacuum truck thru holes drilled in basement ducts. Don't feel like anything was cleaned, still dust on "shelve" inside registers.

The serviceman was on-time, courteous, informative, and did a very thorough job. My ducts and dryer vent look and function so much better!

Although the worker was on time and friendly. I think for what I paid it was only to put a hose down the vents not sure how this could have cleaned them out.

They did a great job cleaning all the vents and the furnace. an extremely deep clean was much needed and the young man did so all on his own. Also, discovered some overlooked problems with the house, so that was extremely beneficial.

Did a great job and totally cleaned up afterwards. He was there for over an hour as the vent line was really bad after 15 years.

We were very pleased with the service from this company. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars on work quality, was that the technician neglected to clean out the "hose" from the dryer to the outside. Once we discovered there was still an issue, it only took one phone call and they had their employee come out and take care of it immediately. What more can you ask when you inform the office of an issue?

The technicians worked diligently and were courteous. They explained the benefits of the sanitizer, which will keep mold from forming inside the furnace ducts.
