He gave us all the information needed for our chimney sweep since this was our first time getting it done. He also helped us while he was here giving feedback and tips on how to have a safe fire inside our fireplace. "Called several places for quotes, Rob came out to have a look which some other did not, so that was appreciated. Price was competitive and he seemed to know what he was talking about so I decided to go with him. Called in late fall and they were able to schedule the install in a week which was appreciated considering the season. Installers showed up on time, did a good job, made sure I was satisfied. Overall I would recommend them and use them again."

"The crew of two arrived on time, explained their "plan of attack". and put on a display of teamwork and efficiency. Never once did either take a break or rest while the other worked. The limbs of the tree were taken down first. Then while one of the crew shredded the limbs, the other ground out the two stumps. Finally, the remainder of the tree was taken down and removed with the stump. I was surprised and pleased at how quickly the process was completed and the area cleaned up of debris. I would readily hire Parks Tree again when the need arises."

He was prompt and incredibly detail-oriented. He went to get materials that were not included and was gracious and kind through the whole process.
