"I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. I would definitely recommend him to others"

"We live in the city of Pittsburgh and researched all turf options. We have two large dogs that turned our back yard into a mud pit and the one dug holes all over the yard. Of course all projects have an unforeseen issue and Josh gave advice on how to handle the issue and sought out economical ways to overcome it. "Francisco and his crew exceeded all of our expectations. He responded very promptly and did exactly what he said he would do, which is often not the case with many other contractors. We talked often and I always understood what the next was throughout the entire project. He was patient, providing us several quotes for various options, and was very knowledgeable with offering solutions particularly to solve our issues with standing water and potential flooding issues in our backyard. The paver patio he installed is gorgeous and we could not be happier with the results. We no longer have water in our yard and can sleep at night knowing we will not be waking up to water in our basement. Overall it was a very positive experience and refreshing to work with a contractor who was respectful, reliable and honest."
