"We were incredibly happy with the job Matt/M.A. Carpet Care did! Our carpets are now noticeably clean and fresh smelling. He was also able to remove some tough pet odors as well. Matt is incredibly professional, personable, and very helpful in explaining his process and what he is going to do. "Terrific. Josh called in advance to let me know that he was enroute and arrived right on time, prepared to get to work. He explained the process to me clearly and had the job completed within two hours of arrival. This was our first HVAC duct cleaning since we bought the home 30 years ago, and apparently it was well overdue. Josh was very professional and cleaned up everything prior to packing up his gear, leaving the house in good order."
