During his observations if he noticed any other potential problems like with the HVAC, roof, wiring, etc, he would bring them to my attention. He wasn't trying to get more work for himself but simply identifying areas of possible concern. He explained the steps that should be taken for some repairs and explained to me how I can do some myself. He even went over how I should approach the insurance company. "Anthony Jakupca was a pleasure to work with. His company cleaned the asphalt tiles on my 3,000 sq. ft. ranch home. The tiles, which are a lighter brown, were black from leaves, mold and moss. Anthony came to the house to evaluate the problem and was able to find a product to remove the stains without power washing the roof. He first did a small test area to prove that the product worked and then spent five hours restoring the roof to its original color. Anthony and his team are extremely professional and experienced.
