Really took care to do what we needed - openly discussed our special needs as an immune-suppressed household, and did a great job.

We found ALL DRY SERVICES VALLEY OF THE SUN, through ANGIE'S LIST, and used them to remove kitchen base cabinets affected by mold from an old water leak.  When we first inquired online, Angie's List said they could recommend companies, and could have them contact me directly to help. The first call came seconds after I submitted my search, and it was All Dry Services Valley Of The Sun. This was a late evening on a Wednesday, and we never expected a call that soon. My wife had suspected mold because our house seemed musky and we were always sick, with our young son's asthma, it was harder for him.  The technician we got was Mr. SCOTT COOPER and he came out right away. He found the area that did in fact have hidden/hard to find mold. He was so thorough with his inspection and went through every room in the house. He checked the bathrooms, tubs, sinks and window stills for any water damage. We couldn't believe he noticed signs where the mold was. He pulled off the toe kick and showed us black mold, worse than we had expected. It was under the wood base directly under the kitchen sink but on the underside not visible to us. Very quickly, he had setup a quarantined area to secure and prevent the spreading and further exposure. He demoed the area and removed all of it off the premises. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the entire area. SCOTT COOPER had humidifiers, fans, and lots of safety equipment to ensure it would be gone and no longer a health concern.  Besides the hard work he did, SCOTT COOPER, showed sincere compassion and care for our family. He is a family man himself and is so genuine, kind and warm-hearted. He is the type of guy every person hopes to get when they need service. He won't take advantage of you with misleading and unnecessary high costs, is honest and fair. It was definitely a privilege working with SCOTT COOPER. His personality, quick response and excellent eye for detail helped my family's issues and our road to recovery.  We can't thank SCOTT COOPER enough and ALL DRY SERVICES VALLEY OF THE SUN for showing up like they did and handling the job like we mattered. My family appreciates this company's sense of urgency, their expertise and the way they recruited such great guys to work with!

Respond quickly, described the exact process and price and proceeded to do exactly what they said they would do. Timing was critical for me due to other commitments and they did all the work in the timeline agreed to before the work started.

Good work

A careless tile removal job from a contractor left our entire house caked with dust. Our world just stopped, we were devastated. A friend had us call Rick, who came out and set us up right away. Scott and Alex came out and went over and beyond our expectations. Absolutely the best!!! Thank you for your professionalism and dedication. Derek was also very helpful, and the communication was terrific. This is how customer service should be everywhere.

Insane response time! We were in a time crunch as we had ppl coming to town and the team was extremely helpful/responsive. Communication was superb and compared to some of the others we compared pricing to they were extremely reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for these services.

They did a great job. Derek was incredibly helpful with me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and communicated frequently. Scott and the guy helping him(forgot his name) were very informative about what they were doing throughout the work in our home, with regular communication throughout. Rick was also very helpful with his estimate and laying it all out for us, including advice with how to speak with our insurance agent. Would most definitely recommend!

They are fast and reliable and communicate well width me! Very happy with Derek and his team! We had a roof leak and noticed mold once we got back into town from a vacation. Call All dry and they were out next day to remove the mold and isolated the area till further repairs can be completed.

We had water damage in our dining room and bedroom and discovered after testing that we had a mold situation. We called All Dry who quickly dispatched Rick to assess the situation and provide recommendations for remediation. Rick also was able to identify the root cause of the water damage which we quickly corrected. Alex, who did the remediation did a great job and post remediation testing came back good. Another positive worth mentioning was this was not a big job (though it was a big deal to us) however All Dry gave us the same excellent customer service as you would expect a bigger client to receive. Highly recommended.
