"This review is overdue. Excellent installation and service by Jeff and his crew. Our work was performed in October 2024. It's hard to determine the impact of the installation until the weather turns extremely cold. It's January 2025 and our basement is so much warmer and a more welcoming and usable space."

We finally decided to pull the trigger and have this issue rectified, which was done just in time for the wonderful polar vortex that hit our area a week after install. I can honestly say that everyone that I had the pleasure of interacting with -- from Jeremiah, the sales rep/customer service guy, to the scheduler, and then to the installers (PJ and Jerry) -- were fantastic and very professional and personable. The rooms are actually warm now and we couldn't be happier!
