It's been 9 months and no one will return my calls nor have they come to fix what they damaged! They ruined my lawn and never came back to replace the soil they dug up! They ruined my basement floor and I had to replace my entire floor! They said they would be out to test the sump pump and drains that were installed, again, it's been 9 months and no one has followed up with me! I'm really concerned that the lifetime warranty they say I have even exists!"

Only negative was the total cost, as it was more than 2x our local company Allen Drain. But I wanted a plumber and not just an unclogging service, just in case. Plumber came 2 days after promised date, replaced a small section of copper pipe (only needed to use press-fit couplings), replaced both hose connectors (1 unnecessarily), and attached the washing machine hoses. Maybe 30 minutes total labor. Charged my old man just short of $500. Dad even generously tipped the plumber $25 after getting taken! Rip-off artists that prey on the old. DO NOT CALL THEM.
