"Very reliable and honest company. Great communication and willing to work through any changes. Chris offered fantastic suggestions on design and addresses questions promptly."

"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"If you're looking for a contractor, we couldn't recommend DMF Contracting more. Mike has done several jobs for us and all of his work always exceeds our expectations. Mike took a rendering my husband and I created for a new office/studio for my business and brought the design to life! (see photo with the rendering above and the actual space he built out). He does incredible work, pays close attention to details, is personable and genuinely has his customers best interest at heart. I couldn't have ever imagined I'd be able to have such a beautiful space to work in everyday and Mike made it happen. Since finishing out our basement for my office, we've since hired him for several other products and are just as happy!"

They worked with us and our budget which we were extremely grateful for. The quality is outstanding and I'm so very pleased. Very lovely people and a team you CAN trust. Very great impression they left me with as they were very polite and understanding! You can't beat working with respectable people! "Tim and his crew were a delight. He and his team repaired my wood floor and baseboards, a job that took extreme craftsmanship because the materials in my older home are no longer available. They came up with a solution and the finished job looked as if it was the original decor. Would I hire Tim and his crew again? You bet! I’m sending him a punch list of repairs with the reassurance that the job will be done with care and excellence. Thank you!"
