James cleaned my carpets in 2016. This time I called again for my whole house carpet cleaning. Surprisingly, he hasn't increased the price from 8 year sago. Just like last time, he did an exceptional job. He arrived on time, moved my furniture, vacuumed the carpets, removed all the statins. My whole house looks like new again. Highly recommend his service.

James goes above and beyond in his cleaning and doesn't try to upcharge with unneeded deodorizers and services that you do not need. Highly recommend you give him a try!

James (the owner) takes great pride in his work and it really shows! My carpets have never been this clean and I get them cleaned every 6 months. I use to have a big, national chain clean my carpets but I got sick and tired for being uncharged to get them cleaned. The large national chain advertises 5 rooms cleaned for $105 but what they don't tell you is that if you have a stain you have to pay an additional fee, to deodorize the carpet another fee AND it's charge per room! Love that integrity charges one price to do it right. I saved at least $130 on having my carpets cleaned by Integrity and James did a much better job than any previous carpet cleaner. James was so professional he came in explained what he was going to do brought his equipment in and got to work. He lowered our original quote because the sofa and ottoman were not as big as they appeared in the picture. He did a wonderful job and brought our sofa back to life. My carpets were exceeding dirty from my dog, two cats and two adults dragging dirt in from outside. I had not had them cleaned in several years, but James was able to get them looking new again. He is very professional and works quickly. He was actually earlier than expected which was nice. He is a very pleasant, personable man who works very hard to do a good job.

This was the first time my carpet was cleaned after having it installed 5 years ago,I had a lot of spills from my husband and grandkids and I thought some would not come out,but he gave each area I showed him special treatment and my carpet look new again!!
