Very professional explained why he used the different plant based chemicals and are pet friendly and no carcinogens. Very knowledgeable about the stains on my old carpet and it looks great!

Very pleased. Best carpet cleaning I've ever had. Not even close. He did say that the carpets will be dry in three or so hours and I think it was longer than that but still, they were dry much sooner than all previous cleaners that used the steam method. But bottom line, the carpets are as clean as they been since they were new. Will definitely hire again.

I was promised to get an excellent job and get a very clean house and help me get rid of the dog smell that the tenant left behind. This did not happen plus they missed lots of places which they did not clean. At the end , he was nagging that the work was more than he expected and he has to charge me more, even though he came and saw the house and knew what needs to be done !! I refused to pay him more. At the end I paid him what we agreed on when I hired him, and I am still facing the problem that I had, the dog smell.
