We're a moderate sized Commercial and Residential General Contracting company with 15 years of construction experience; we give our customers the same amount of attention and detail regardless if their project is small, medium or large. There are a few things that set us apart from the rest! First we work with our customers to achieve their vision for their project with a state of the art designing program, providing 3D images and a walk through video prior to starting the project if applicable. We provide clear contracts of services, price, and payment agreements. We offer different options for payment, including credit card depending on the contract price. Although we offer a wide range of services, we have specialty experience in structural repair, and a passion for maintaining historical value or residential and commercial buildings. We do subcontracting work for larger construction companies, and occasionally subcontract parts of our customer projects but all work is closely overseen by 360King’s. Our employees are background checked. Matthew King, Owner & Operator, OSHA certified and fully insured.

Presently, we have 2 employees, but will shortly have more. We sometimes work with subcontractors, specialists in their fields, as the situation warrants. Regarding billing procedures, we mostly require payment upon completion, unless the project involves larger sums, upwards of $2k and up, in which case we would require 50% down, the remainder upon completion. We accept personal checks, cash, most credit cards, paypal transfers (additional fees would be required of the customer to cover the additional charges that Paypal charges us), Popmoney, direct bank transfers (subject to our discretion).

"Did an excellent job. It was not easy as drive is lined with stone walls and had to work between. Worked within limits. Rick was very responsive and kept me updated as to progress. I plan on using them again next spring."

We are a full service remodeling company that specializes in basement finishing, garage building, custom decks, fencing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We currently have 10 employees with us. We accept cash, check and credit card. If you mention Angie's list we will give you 10% off labor the first time you use us.
"As of today, I’ve paid $4000,00 as a deposit when we shook hands and agreed with the size and the scope of the fencing project. I since paid another $4000.00 (a total of $8000.00) after holes were drilled to complete my end of the agreement. We have been met with deception, bordering on fraud, regarding the timeline and dates when you were going to complete the work. This is unacceptable. We have been nothing but communicative about our zoning challenges and timeline. After 60+ days, we have holes in the ground – and a dangerous situation for our pets and visitors – if they were to venture close to the road. We have also been in contact with other victims who have reached out to us on Facebook – who have detailed their difficulties and dissatisfaction in working with them– each having paid for services without progress on the job. At this time, we are requesting a refund of our payment in full, in the amount of $8000. Please respond to this letter at your earliest convenience."

Unless you have extensive experience in construction work, remodeling a basement is best left to a professional. There are several tasks associated with this project that require exact precision, including:
Replacing insulation
Replacing carpet or other flooring
Adding heating and cooling
Adjusting or adding walls and doors
Altering or adding plumbing elements
If any of these elements is done incorrectly, it could severely impact the quality of your basement remodel and be dangerous. Changing a basement often comes with code safety requirements, like egress windows and proper ventilation. Therefore, leaving it up to a professional is often the best decision.
The cost to finish a basement is $18,400 for the average homeowner. However, this cost could be as little as $2,800 or as much as $34,500, depending on the basement size and the materials needed. If your basement is already outfitted with electrical and plumbing, expect the cost to fall on the lower end.
For example, the drywall cost for this project averages around $1,750, but other features, like hiring a plumber, cost between $45 and $200 per hour.
The cost to remodel a basement is between $12,100 and $33,400 for the average homeowner. The price you pay can be as little as $3,500 or as much as $50,200, depending on the size and condition of your basement and the type of remodel you're doing.
If you're doing a simple project like adding a home office to your basement, you can expect to pay anywhere from $500 to $3,000. However, if you're adding a bathroom, which is an extensive project, you can expect to pay between $6,600 to $16,500.
Since DIYing a basement remodel isn't typically advised, there are some ways that you can still save money on this project without putting yourself in danger. Some ways to save money on a basement remodel include:
Painting walls yourself versus including in the cost of the remodel
Installing light fixtures yourself
Choosing prefabricated fixtures, like cabinets, over custom ones
Choosing a budget-friendly flooring option, like laminate or vinyl flooring, and add rugs where necessary
Although homeowners often use the terms basement remodeling and basement finishing interchangeably, they are quite different terms.
Finishing a basement is the process of taking a basement space that is not habitable and adding elements to make it usable. This includes adding plumbing, flooring, and insulation.
Remodeling a basement means taking an already existing finished basement and changing it, often by adding or removing walls, adding plumbing, or changing the existing flooring.
