We provide clear contracts of services, price, and payment agreements. We offer different options for payment, including credit card depending on the contract price. Although we offer a wide range of services, we have specialty experience in structural repair, and a passion for maintaining historical value or residential and commercial buildings. We do subcontracting work for larger construction companies, and occasionally subcontract parts of our customer projects but all work is closely overseen by 360King’s. Presently, we have 2 employees, but will shortly have more. We sometimes work with subcontractors, specialists in their fields, as the situation warrants. Regarding billing procedures, we mostly require payment upon completion, unless the project involves larger sums, upwards of $2k and up, in which case we would require 50% down, the remainder upon completion. We accept personal checks, cash, most credit cards, paypal transfers (additional fees would be required of the customer to cover the additional charges that Paypal charges us), Popmoney, direct bank transfers (subject to our discretion).
