"Coldstream did a beautiful job remodeling my 80+ year old garage. My garage was in need of a new custom size door and framing to hang the door, as well as, framing around the door. Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. Marty and his crew did a great job, and I could not be happier with the project."

"Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"We hired Herman Recalde and his excellent crew to remodel our upstairs master bathroom. They did a great job, and the quality of the work was significantly better than contractors we hired previously for other projects. Herman took his time to understand what we wanted (and didn't want). For example, we chose 2'x2' tiles for the floor and 2'x1' tiles for the shower walls, and they were installed with tight and clean grout lines as we requested. He also made good suggestion that we hadn't considered. His plumber and frameless glass enclosure guys also did great work. Importantly, the quote Herman gave us for the project was competitive and there were no surprises at the end. Actually, we requested some extra work to fix the ceiling in our other bathroom, and they just did it at no extra cost. I didn't observe any short cuts, and all of the work was top quality and with an eye for perfection. Herman and his team earned our trust. I've already recommended them to a friend."

AS MY DAUGHTER NEEDED HER INHALER, THEN A NEBULIZER AND WAS NOT FEELING HERSELF I TOOK HER BACK TO DOCTOR OFF AND ON, VERY WORRIED AND STILL NOT THINKING IT WAS " THE MOLD" . THE DR. SUGESTED A JOURNAL OF WHEN IT WAS WORSE AND WHAT SHE HAD BEEN EATING AND DOING AND ACTIVITIES HER ENVIROMENTS SHE WOULD SPEND TIME AT. TURNS OUT IT WAS WORSE IN THE MORNING AND AFTER A WHILE JUST A EVERY DAY THING OFF AND ON.........NEVER DREAMED IT WAS THAT "NORMAL" LOOKING MOLD I SEEN AND BLEW OFF AS NO BIG DEAL, BUT IT WAS DISGUSTING. SO DOCTOR SAYS DO YOU BY CHANCE HAVE MOLD ??? ....YEA, LITTLE NOT MUCH. HE SAID, YOU SHOULD HAVE IT CHECKED OUT...REALLY?? I WAS THINKING, IT CAN'T BE THAT !!!! BUT I SEARCHED AND FOUND A CO TO COME AND TEST IT. THE HELPFULNESS AND EDUCATION THEY GAVE ME ALONE GOT ME THINKING . I SURE HOPE ITS NOT THAT CAUSING THESE HEALTH PROBLEMS IF SO, I AM TO BLAME. THEY EDUCATED ME AND MADE ME AWARE PPL SEE MOLD ALL THE TIME AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DANGERS AND DO NOT REALIZE THE MOST SERIOUS DANGERS. SO THEY EXPLAINED HOW IT WORKED AND MY MOLD WAS CULTERED AND SENT TO A VERIFIABLE LAB AND SURE ENOUGH. . . .IT WAS A STRAIN AN DANGEROUS TOXIC MOLD. THERE ARE 3 BAD STRAINS. YOU CAN NOT LOOK AT IT AND TELL IF YOU HAVE GOOD MOLD OR "BAD" MOLD. IT WAS A STRAIN OF STACHYBOTY'S. OVERWHELMED YES, BUT KNEW I WAS IN GREAT HANDS. ALTHOUGH I FELT OVERWHELMED WITH GUILT AND SCARED.I WAS ONCE AGAIN ASSURED THEY WOULD GET MY FAMILY LIFE BACK TO GREAT HEALTH. AFTER THEY DID THE WORK, KEEPING ME INFORMED ALL THE WAY EVERYDAY, EVERY STEP AND SHOWING COMPASSION AND CONCERN AND DETERMINED TO MAKE ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL FREE OF ALL AND EVERY BIT OF THIS TOXIC SITUATION AND TO STORE US BACK TO NORMAL HEALTH AGAIN I WAS MUCH BEYOND HOPEFUL AND ASSURED WITH FULL CONFIDENCE BY THE PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE. "I give the highest praise and recommendation for hiring Bradley. He repaired a damaged tile Pony wall in between the shower and tub. He did a perfect job. He went out of his way to find the exact tile I had, and even found the builder who installed it without me asking . That’s how I originally met him since then he has fixed a leak in a large window that no one could fix. He has excavated an improper pipe that was put in my yard and put in a new drainage pipe. He has helped me with other contractors who I had problems with by assessing and guiding. He took down and put back a vinyl fence gate , and fixed it better than the fence company. He is dependable honest and a perfectionist. He’s a great communicator a great family man and I give him the highest recommendation. He is experienced talented professional.
