What was a simple project turned into a complex build. Mike walked us through each option, dealt patiently with delays / concerns and ended with a beautiful outcome very close to the original. Mr. Vining was very professional, and done a outstanding job. Also my neighbors ask me who done my deck because they want him to do their deck. I can say truly say that I have the best deck on my street, thanks to Vining Custom Remodeling.

We have not yet started the process because of the zoning rules, but we are hopeful to move forward in the near future.

We are in the beginning stages still but we can say he beat out the rest and he's very easy to get a hold of and very personable. I will update later. His prices were incredibly reasonable. The deck is done. It took a while but was mostly a problem with the permits department. Vining's work is spectacular. The project came out much nicer than I had expected and we have received dozens of positive remarks about our awesome deck.
