We're a moderate sized Commercial and Residential General Contracting company with 15 years of construction experience; we give our customers the same amount of attention and detail regardless if their project is small, medium or large. There are a few things that set us apart from the rest! First we work with our customers to achieve their vision for their project with a state of the art designing program, providing 3D images and a walk through video prior to starting the project if applicable. We provide clear contracts of services, price, and payment agreements. We offer different options for payment, including credit card depending on the contract price. Although we offer a wide range of services, we have specialty experience in structural repair, and a passion for maintaining historical value or residential and commercial buildings. We do subcontracting work for larger construction companies, and occasionally subcontract parts of our customer projects but all work is closely overseen by 360King’s.
