"Paid for a repair. Victor came, claimed it was some sort of circuit board. They replaced it. The machine still didn’t work. I informed him as such. He ghosted us until I threaten to sue and leave reviews. This was his reply “I've been through this before and I can counter sue you for slander I don't know who you guys think you are but you did not want to mess with me either just do your best though”"
