"Pleasant experience with Kustom Floors. They were able to work within a shorter timeline than was original quoted which was greatly appreciated. Friendly visit during initial measurement and they brought a substantial amount of sample carpeting to choose from. They had 3 installers onsite for the actual install. Removed previous padding and carpet. First time homebuyer dealing with a carpet install and they made it a smooth process."
