"They did a great job of cleaning and cleaning up after working on my ductwork. They even plugged the vent holes. However, I was shocked that neither one wore masks in my home when they were speaking to me or moving from room to room. One worker wore a mask only when he was doing actual cleaning. This was very off putting as my family and I have not left our house and have not allowed anyone else in the house during this time period. Also, I thought I was supposed to get a 10% discount when I mentioned their webpage."

Matt Simpson, the owner, and his employee, Jeff, arrived on time.  It was very easy to schedule and Matt was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with by phone, email, and in person.  After one neighbor had a serious chimney fire, our neighborhood had arranged for him to send two vans and four workers in order to service 7 houses in the course of a day.  He is very willing to do this sort of thing and gave each of us a discount because it was arranged through our homeowners association for this particular day.  Matt had come highly recommended by our local Ace Hardware, which is how we found him.  Since dryer vents can also cause fires, some of us also had him clean those. 

Matt and Jeff put down dropcloths to protect floors and carpets, were thorough and completely professional, explaining exactly what they were doing and answering any question posed.  Although we do need some new parts, I felt no sales pressure whatsoever.  I recommend this company without reservation.  I will definitely use them again with complete confidence.
