"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

After spending over $7,000, I was left with a patchy, dead lawn. When I reached out for help, Evan deflected responsibility and pointed me to someone else, who also didn?t resolve the issue. I even took the matter to small claims court, but Evan didn?t show up. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of accountability.
