Mr. Roberts was very professional, very thorough and very knowledgeable. He arrived on schedule, did a complete survey and returned the appraisal as promised and earlier than we expected. His explanations and justifications were excellent and well founded.

The work was completed as promised, however, it took much longer than expected. The weather was very rainy which delayed the process. I don't think there was anything the survey could do about it, but it was a long process.
