Pavers and Hardscaping Service
Gary was excellent to work with, he had good suggestions for improvements. He was on time and provided a quick estimate. From a service perspective, they were very good. We have some minor nits about the final product though. Some of the pavers that were put in, were chiped (we would have expected them to pull those out). The glue between the stones on the fire pit is still visible. But the biggest nit was there are three little dips in the patio, that are not noticible until it rains... then the sand pools in those areas. Land Escapes did provide us a warrantee and I'm sure they would come out and fix it, but we don't want to go through the headache of having the patio ripped up just to fix these items. The lawn was also damaged fairly badly in spots where the pavers sat or gravel was spilled. Overall, the patio is awesome and Land Escapes was good to work with, since I've never had a patio before, I don't have another experience to compare to. I guess I would use again

GARY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL WITH APPOINTMENTS, AND WILLING TO WORK WITHIN MY BUDGET. HE WAS NOT AT MY PROPERTY WHEN MOST OF THE WORK WAS BEING DONE. THE WORKERS PUT TOO MUCH DIRT IN ONE AREA WHICH LEFT LESS FOR OTHER AREAS. THEY LEFT THE ROPE AND METAL PARTS (ON THE TREE ROOT BALLS)EXPOSED AFTER PLANTING. THE OVERALL JOB WAS OK.
