"Do n's carpet restoration still uses the shampoo method of cleaning the carpet. Although that means the carpet is wet a little longer than others, it is worth it as shampooing seems to do a little better. My basement carpet looked like it needed to be replaced due to the grime. But Don was able to make the carpet shine. Worth whatever the cost for that type of work."

"I was informed by the sales rep who quoted the new carpet installation that it would take at least 2 days to complete the job. The installers arrived at my house at 9am and finished the entire installation by 8:30 pm the same day.
