He completed the work within 2 days of our first contact and kept excellent communication about costs, time of arrival for first consultation and date of service. "be was very professional , he introduced himself .went right to work, checked the outside unit,but no gauges,he said the rate for his work would increase.from 65.00 for inspection to 75.00 dollars an/hour.. He checked inside and quot;Aand quot; coil, he said with it dirty it was could be causing the problem. He also looked around inside unit for leaks but could nopt find where it was. After he was gone it did leak.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
