Storm Door Installation
TLDR: do not use them.
It took a month after my initial purchase, but they finally called to schedule the install, i had to use a vacation. They pulled a No call no show. Phone calls to them went unanswered and ignored. 3 weeks later they called again said the only day available was a Sunday unless I wanted to wait another month. The day before they were to show up they call and cancel. Rescheduled for the following Wednesday which means I will have to burn ANOTHER vacation day. I will never recommend them to anyone and my next call is to home depot to discuss the people they have on they are installers list.

I bought 3 doors from Home Depot and Utopia was contacted to install them. My installer was Javon and he and his crew did a great job. He was professional, courteous and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. I left the work area cleaner than we he got there. I didn’t have the moulding ready when he installed the doors so he came back and added the moulding when I finished staining them. finished. I would hire him again in a minute.
