"I had an appointment for a Saturday morning. Received an email that morning from Feazel confirming the appointment. They never showed up and never called. I called the answering service and they said they'd contact Feazel and have them call me but if I don't hear back in 45 minutes, call them back. I didn't hear from Feazel so called answering service back and they said they would send another message to have them call me. I never heard back. But top it off, I called a few days later to reschedule. Left a message on the voicemail in the morning and never got a call back!!!"
