"This company came highly recommended. They seem very knowledgable and environmentally conscious. We have been pleased with their work. There have been a couple of small things that are annoying. Once, the service provider called my cell phone and left a message, but never rang the bell. We were home and he could have saved us all significant effort. Another time, someone came out for a problem, but the work order did not detail the specific problem we had called about. Again, a small problem, but he wasted his time investigating something that was already being addressed and then having to refocus on the problem at hand.

They were on time, they were beyond courteous and helpful and quick. They did it in two days; they had it up in time for Mother’s day. The gates were kept closed; there were no cigarette butts on the ground. They let us know what they were doing. Jake talked to us several times before he got started so we knew what he was doing. I was very, very pleased."
