We liked that they came out for a final inspection of the work that had been done and to see if we were happy with it before final payment to be made. We would hire again if needed. I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."
