"We needed our sump pumps replacing immediately. Ray's quote was extremely reasonable whereas other chain companies wanted to obviously excessively overcharge us. Ray showed up the next morning and after assessing both areas discovered our septic pump was not working! While Ray replaced the sump pumps, we ran out and picked up everything needed to replace the septic pump and r3ay installed while he was here at no additional cost. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. It went very well and they took care of the problem by fixing the pipe and building a wooden box over it so that it wouldn't get broken again and they showed me how I could get to the pipe if need be. Also the sump pump system they put in about 3 years ago they updated it with a new battery as the old one had to have water poured in it ever so often. The new battery is maintenance free and I don't have to worry about making sure that the battery needs to be maintained.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
