"Very rude when I decided I didn't want to trap and kill the racoons on my property. A simple explanation of Ohio rules would have been enough, no need to shame customers into going with you guys saying that the raccoon could have rabies and other scare tactics. I am plenty old enough to know that it could have a number of diseases, but that doesn't mean I'm going to change my stance. Do not recommend, very rude and had the audacity to rudely say "well I still get paid, that will be $80 for the visit and $10 for the drive from Shelby to ontario." As if I didn't know I still needed to pay him."

"Hired this company to come take care of the weeds in our yard, and I wish I hadn't because it could have cost my dogs their lives. On Friday, we were told that the company would come spray our weeds and gave us a time estimate between 1:00-6:00 p.m. That was fine by us because we were going to be home all day; however, the individual that sprayed our weeds never came to pur door to tell us he arrived and immediately went into my front yard to spray and opened the gate to my backyard to spray without our acknowledgment. I let my two small puppies outside after this was done, and didn't realize they had sprayed until it was too late and my puppies ate some of the grass. Both of them became ill and had to have their blood drawn to making sure their is no internal damage, all due to the laziness/incompetence of this company. I don't understand if you're going to ring my phone 3-4 times a day every day for my business, why could you not be courteous enough to call or come to my door?"
